Little Shop of Wigs Return Policy

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are issued as store credit only. Store credits do not expire.

Please email customer service within 10 days of delivery of your order with any questions, concerns, or if you would like to return your wig.

Include the following information:

  • Order Number or Name and Email Address 
  • Wig Name, Brand, and Color
  • Reason For Return Request

There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns that are approved, have met our return requirements and have passed inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable on returns. Returns that fail inspection may be charged a higher restocking fee. Please Note: The re-stocking fees are per item returned.

Our returns address is not the same as our shipping address. Please be sure to send your return to the address given to you by customer service. Shipping your return to the incorrect address may result in a 25% restocking fee, or a lost package.

Little Shop of Wigs is not responsible for returns sent to the wrong address, returns lost/damaged during shipping.

Returns may take up to 10 business days to process. Your store credit will be sent to the email address on file for your order. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Unauthorized returns sent to the manufacturer:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit
  • All fees incurred will be deducted from your store credit

Unauthorized returns sent to Little Shop of Wigs:

  • Delivery may be refused
  • A 25% fee will be deducted from your store credit
Serial Returns and/or Excessive amount of returns per order will be denied.

Approved Returns Must Meet the Following Requirements:

  • You have contacted us within 10 business days from the date of order delivery. 
  • The item is postmarked by the date that you were given by customer service.
  • Product is in factory condition. This means all tags and labels must remain factory attached, and item is in its original packaging.
  • Product must be unworn. 
  • Products must not be altered in any way, be undamaged and free of odors. Do not shake out, brush, or style the hair. Product must remain free of any styling products. Wigs & Toppers can pick up smells very easily. Please be aware of placing them near perfumes, fabric softener, air fresheners, smoke, kitchen while cooking, etc.
  • Items must be shipped back in a shipping box. Products shipped back in envelopes, bubble mailers, etc. will be automatically denied for return.

Little Shop of Wigs is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged during the shipping process.
